Further controversy surrounds Mr. Daniel Ime Daniel, who allegedly failed to purchase the mandatory AKISIEC form on time stipulated, a requirement for all candidates. This oversight has raised questions about his eligibility to contest the election. Moreover, Mr. Daniel Ime Daniel's tax clearance certificate has been called into question, with allegations of forgery and discrepancies.
