EWN National Vice Director NW Represents Deputy Senate President At Azerbaijan Parliamentary Meeting

The National Vice Director in charge of North West and National Legal Adviser of the Eye Witness Network (EWN), Barr. Mannir Dahiru, Ph.D., has represented the Deputy President of the Nigerian Senate at the Parliamentary Union Member States and Related Meetings held in Baku, Azerbaijan, from June 22 to 25, 2026.

Barr. Dahiru, a seasoned legal practitioner from Kano State, was nominated by the Deputy Senate President to represent him at the prestigious international event in recognition of his exceptional eloquence, intellectual capacity, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the Nigerian project.

The gathering brought together parliamentary leaders and delegates from member countries to deliberate on issues of legislative cooperation, democratic governance, sustainable development, and international partnerships.

In a press statement cosigned by the National Director, Xlibris Chris Ekefre and the National Secretary, Saviour Ekpe, Ph.D described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of Barr. Dahiru’s competence and dedication to national service. According to the organization, his selection to represent one of Nigeria’s highest legislative offices on the global stage reflects the confidence reposed in his ability to effectively advance Nigeria’s interests.

The Network further noted that Barr.
